Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time. Many of our items are made to order. Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce and prepare for shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. After processing, orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Total time from order to delivery is typically 1–2 weeks.

Shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at editors@theixsports.com and we'll do our best to help. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for carrier delays outside our control.

Incorrect addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
