Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because our items are produced for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we are unable to offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully — including size, color, and quantity — before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, email us at editors@theixsports.com and we'll be glad to help.

Damaged or defective items. We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at editors@theixsports.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Wrong shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
